By our next meeting on March 27, please read chapters 6 and 7 of Academic Conversations: Classroom Talk That Fosters Critical Thinking and Content Understandings .
Please come prepared with
- An idea or concept from the reading that resonated with you
- An idea or concept from the reading that you have a question about
As agreed upon by the group, the book study will take place the last 20-30 minutes of each session. Participants are welcome to stay an additional 30 minutes after the meeting to eat lunch together and further discuss chapters 6 and 7.
